The following indicators give a sense of how well South Carolina’s public education and post-secondary systems are performing relative to systems in the southeast and across the country. Data are provided for five-year old kindergarten thru 12^th grade and postsecondary education. All data are comparable to other states (state rankings) and historical data are available. Additionally, the data sources are indicated via hyperlink for each indicator where possible. In other cases, sources are simply referenced.
