Freda has extensive experience with office management.  She graduated from the Albuquerque Technical-Vocational Institute in Albuquerque, NM, with a secretarial degree.  Her experience entails two years of banking and seven years with a public utility.  She has been with survey research services since October 1992.  She maintains database lists and client billings, and assists with graphic design for survey research services' reports.
