Institute for Departmental Management  

The Institute for Departmental Management (IDM) is designed to meet the professional development needs of senior-level level, and those soon expected to be senior-level, local government department managers.  The curriculum is designed to build knowledge and skills in three major competency areas: managing yourself, managing and developing your staff, and managing departmental performance.

All session will be held at the USC Institute for Public Service and Policy Research, 1600 Hampton Street, Columbia.
